We are an online retailer, so we do not have a shop. We do not charge for delivery and returns are simple, so buying from us is totally stress free. If you are unsure about how the dresses look, you can always purchase one dress to try on in the comfort of your home before deciding whether you wanted to order more.
How do I know what length of dress I need?
To work out the length of dress you need, you’ll need a tape measure, the shoes you’ll be wearing with the dress (or equivalent heel height) and a friend to measure for you. Standing straight and in your heels, measure from the smallest part of your waist down to where you would like the hem to be. We have found that our standard lengths of 42 inch suits ladies who are 5 foot 5 inches or above wearing a 2 inch heel. 44 inches would suit ladies who are 5 foot 7 or above wearing a 2 inch heel. If you require a custom length, there is an additional cost of £20. Please note that for polyester and viscose styles, the hem is stitch free, meaning that you can easily trim the hem yourself with a pair of scissors. If you’re unsure how to do this, ask a seamstress for help.
What is the difference between the fabrics?
Viscose has the texture and feel of cotton and is the most casual of the fabrics we offer. Our Polyester has 5% Lycra in it, so it’s stretchy and shiny. The fabric is hassle free as it doesn’t crease easily, so it travels well, even if stuffed into a overpacked suitcase. Chiffon is a timeless classic and is a favourite for weddings. It’s also really light weight, so it’s a real treat in hotter climates.
How do I order a colour swatch?

Interested in more dresses? Just add the web links into the contact form. Don’t forget to put your postal address.
What if I don’t want my back exposed, most styles seem to be backless?
There are a few styles that can be tied that are not backless: strapless and 3/4 sleeves. We also offer a custom made tube top in the same fabric as the dress at an additional charge.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We carry limited stock of all dresses, if your size is in stock, you can expect to receive your order within 3 working days of ordering (UK orders). If your item is not in stock, you will receive an email from us 24 hours after placing your order to notify you that your item is on order. You can expect to receive your order within 30 days of ordering from our site.
Can I return a dress?
Yes, as long as it is unworn and undamaged. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your dress that you intend to return it. You have 28 days from the day of receiving your order to return the item. All tags and packaging must remain intact.

How to measure
Take your actual body measurements as it is more accurate than measuring over your clothes
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your shoulder blades
Waist
Measure around the natural waist, keeping the tape measure taut.
Hips
Stand with your feet together, find the widest part of the hips, usually about 7”/18cm below natural waist, measure around the fullest part of your hips
Length
Stand with your feet together, measure from your natural waist down the side of your legs to your desired length. For floor length, please keep in mide that the accurate measurement depends on whether you are going to wear heels or flats with it. The hem should hit at the middle of the heel shaft or should hit slightly above the flat shoe.
