All items except for custom orders may be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receiving your order. Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue with your order. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unworn and undamaged. Tags and packaging must remain intact.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. Please insure against lost and damage, as we cannot issue a refund until we receive the item and in a state where we can resell it.

How to measure

Take your actual body measurements as it is more accurate than measuring over your clothes

Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your shoulder blades
Waist
Measure around the natural waist, keeping the tape measure taut.
Hips
Stand with your feet together, find the widest part of the hips, usually about 7”/18cm below natural waist, measure around the fullest part of your hips
Length
Stand with your feet together, measure from your natural waist down the side of your legs to your desired length. For floor length, please keep in mide that the accurate measurement depends on whether you are going to wear heels or flats with it. The hem should hit at the middle of the heel shaft or should hit slightly above the flat shoe.
